About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Write user stories and acceptance criteria and keep the Jira backlog prioritized
Build and maintain product playbooks, help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides in Confluence
Coordinate release planning, testing, readiness, stakeholder communications, and post-release follow-up
Work with developers, scrum masters, and scrum teams in sprint ceremonies and resolve questions and blockers
Serve as the main point of contact for platform users, gather feedback, handle questions and escalations, and translate feedback into product improvements
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI and data capabilities
Contribute to quarterly and annual product roadmaps and plans, including priorities, dependencies, and success measures
Create and present materials on product capabilities, roadmaps, and results to leadership and large audiences
Collaborate across enterprise teams and business areas to align efforts, share knowledge, and identify reuse opportunities
Support several products simultaneously while managing shifting priorities and sensitive situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry
3+ years of experience working within a Technology product organization
3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
2+ years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations to large audiences
2+ years of experience collaborating with large, cross-functional teams
2+ years demonstrating strong adaptability, resourcefulness, and sound judgment under pressure and in sensitive situations
2+ years of experience managing multiple products and shifting priorities simultaneously
1+ year of experience working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot
Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
Exposure to AI/ML products, chatbots, or AI orchestration solutions preferred
Familiarity with data integration, data platforms, or analytics products preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog management and release planning preferred
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis preferred
Experience writing playbooks, training materials, or customer-facing documentation preferred
