About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, track, monitor, and control membership levels in assigned territories
Develop and help implement production plans for assigned clients, partnering with Customer Success
Work with Operations to establish client goals and develop and implement provider plans
Forecast staffing needs in assigned regions and make recommendations, partnering with Recruiting
Create, maintain, and present reports to leadership
Communicate key insights and findings to Operations leadership
Communicate overall production trends and client-specific metrics
Monitor performance KPIs of assigned health plan partners, including production and client comps
Respond promptly to inquiries
Consolidate complex analyses into simple, consumable content to drive change through data

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of prior relevant experience
2 to 3 years of stakeholder management
Proficient experience working within Excel
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business conditions
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior Power BI experience preferred
