About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making for the Specialty Dispensing business
Analyze client performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights with a focus on AAC clients
Develop and maintain financial models evaluating client profitability, margin trends, and forecast assumptions for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients
Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial close processes
Prepare financial reporting, variance analyses, and presentations for senior leadership
Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
Develop projections and reporting tools to support forecasting and decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and process improvements
Report to the Senior Manager, FP&A

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Ideally experience in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment
Understanding of pharmacy revenue drivers including volume, price, client mix, and utilization
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with large data sets
SQL or similar data tool experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare executive-ready reporting
Collaborative work style and ability to partner across Finance and cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or similar study preferred
