About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and run reporting, dashboards, and data models for payment integrity services
Track and manage group product changes, deviations, and implementations
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources
Support month-end accruals, variance analysis, and reporting updates
Perform vendor payment and group billing reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analytical needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to answer questions and resolve issues
Assist with initiatives to optimize product and process efficiency and effectiveness
Use multiple data sources to identify and quantify savings and revenue opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related analytical roles
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau
Excellent critical thinking skills and strategic mindset
Comfortable working with and analyzing large sets of disparate data
Ability to independently pursue and implement collaborative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
1–3+ years of healthcare insurance experience preferred; TPA, NSA, or Payment Integrity knowledge a plus
Experience with presentation preparation preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
