About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate complex concepts and processes into compelling, easy-to-follow designs with exceptional content
  • Conduct UX research and champion data science to understand user behavior and uncover opportunities to reach customers with appropriate content and reduce friction
  • Create content and design ecosystems across multiple channels, devices and touchpoints throughout user journeys
  • Challenge existing design patterns and advocate for new approaches when appropriate
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers and diverse business stakeholders to inform requirements and optimize content and user journeys
  • Lead content strategists/designers in developing user stories and prioritizing work
  • Facilitate workshops and design critiques
  • Own content reviews and iterations across product, legal and other stakeholders
  • Mentor junior colleagues as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in UX writing, UX Design or Content Design
  • 2+ years experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including Rally or Jira
  • 2+ years experience in web and app experiences
  • 2+ years experience collaborating with experience designers, accessibility experts and product managers
  • 2+ years experience in UX wire framing, UX flows and shaping content for multidisciplinary projects using Figma and Miro
  • Experience in health care, pharmacy or other regulated fields
  • Experience with translation and transcreation best practices
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful
  • Portfolio including digital products/services, service design or human-centered designs
  • Extensive experience with Figma, Airtable, InVision and Miro
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude-Code, Claude integration with MCPs and FigmaMake
  • Experience collaborating across design, design ops, research and usability, accessibility, product management and engineering
  • Experience working with and improving business requirements
  • Familiarity with UX and usability terminology, taxonomies, Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methods
  • Knowledge of inventories and audits, content frameworks, competitive analysis and mapping
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, English or Journalism
  • Extensive work experience, academic work or certifications in user experience fields welcome
