Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality modern data solutions
Collaborate with engineering, analyst, data scientist, and product teams in an agile environment
Design, integrate, and implement on-premises data solutions
Support migrations of existing workloads to the cloud
Design and develop data solutions using modern programming languages
Process payer files into the data warehouse
Support and implement cloud-based and on-premises data warehousing services

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience working with SQL and relational database management systems
3+ years of experience in cloud data engineering platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
3+ years of experience in on-premises data engineering platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata
Programming and modifying code in SQL, Python, and PySpark
Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing
Hands-on experience troubleshooting data issues
Hands-on experience with performance improvement techniques
Willingness to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
Ability to take ownership and work within a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based support environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
Familiarity with healthcare data and healthcare insurance feeds is a plus
