About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Oak Street Health's change management operating model within the Project Management Office
  • Support Strategic Initiative Sequencing & Capacity Governance and Initiative Implementation & Change Management Lifecycle Management
  • Consult with initiative owners and evaluate projects against Change Archetypes
  • Enforce standardized frameworks for field-facing communications and training
  • Participate in and facilitate weekly PMO meetings to review, provide feedback on, and approve implementation and change plans
  • Guide initiative owners through small-group consultations
  • Manage communication and training pathways, including the Learning Tuesday process
  • Own creation, curation, and optimization of employee-facing operational communications and training materials
  • Translate complex operational workflows, clinical processes, policy shifts, and Epic builds into clear messaging
  • Design and produce 1-pagers, job aids, slide decks, video walkthroughs, and specialized user guides
  • Define, collect, and analyze implementation metrics, post-launch adoption rates, and feedback
  • Identify post-release reinforcement needs and coordinate follow-up activities for long-term sustainability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep operational understanding of healthcare workflows, organizational structure, and goals
  • Ability to navigate complex clinical operations
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Proven ability to distill dense technical or operational processes into easy-to-understand, compelling copy tailored to different roles
  • Professional experience creating training collateral, interactive guides, visual aids, and multimedia learning assets
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Comfort collaborating with senior operational leaders, clinical experts, regional directors, and position leaders
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies
  • Experience implementing structured change frameworks in a fast-paced environment
  • 6+ years of progressive project management experience in a healthcare setting
