About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and evolve the Finance Insights & Decision Support methodology, engagement model, and operating standards
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to identify business challenges, decision points, information gaps, risks, and opportunities
Lead structured investigations into ambiguous questions, unexpected performance, emerging trends, and business signals not fully addressed through established reporting
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights, executive-ready materials, and clear recommendations
Apply analytical, statistical, forecasting, AI-enabled, machine learning, and decision-science techniques to business problems
Select analytical approaches based on business impact rather than methodological complexity
Identify opportunities to operationalize proven insights into recurring reporting, monitoring, metrics, or analytical solutions
Define the long-term vision, talent strategy, capability roadmap, and future organizational structure of the function
Mentor others and promote analytical and decision-support best practices across Finance Intelligence
Initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor while shaping the function’s methodology, operating model, growth, and team structure

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, decision support, data science, or related field
5+ years of experience applying exploratory analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, hypothesis testing, and structured problem solving to business challenges
2+ years of experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, machine learning, advanced analytics, or modern analytical technologies
3+ years of leadership experience building, leading, scaling, or helping establish teams, capabilities, functions, or major initiatives
Ability to travel up to 10%, including by plane
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics or related fields; equivalent years of work experience may substitute
High School Diploma/GED required
Preferred: experience building or scaling an analytics, insights, strategy, or decision-support function
Preferred: finance, FP&A, healthcare, PBM, or other complex business-domain experience
Preferred: predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytical techniques experience
Preferred: consulting, strategy, transformation, or business advisory experience
Preferred: experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Preferred: experience operationalizing exploratory insights into recurring business processes, analytical solutions, or reporting capabilities
Preferred: experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, analytics, and technology teams
