About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans
Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses
Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions
Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines
Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements
Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners
Ability to travel up to 10%
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
