About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain QuickBase applications
  • Develop and maintain clinical performance report logic/code and report production
  • Compile detailed reporting requirements
  • Understand clinical programs, workflows, and data sources
  • Track progress against performance targets
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and business stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of measured specifications, validation processes, and reporting outputs
  • Support clinical performance guarantee reporting and build the PG QuickBase strategy for tracking non-compliant review processes
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Act as analytic lead for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks while supporting business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics with advanced SQL development, data modeling, and data transformation experience
  • 4+ years of experience working within cloud data ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
  • 4+ years of experience querying, analyzing, and transforming data using BigQuery or other enterprise cloud data warehouse platforms
  • 3+ years of QuickBase development experience or experience with similar software applications
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI and Python
  • Preferred: Experience working with Care Management or other healthcare data domains
