About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership for product development within the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness portfolio
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, feature priorities, OKRs, and measurement plans
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, release, and iteration
  • Build, prioritize, monitor, edit, and maintain the team backlog and dependencies
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; lead refinement sessions and validate completed work
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Operations, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders using agile practices
  • Monitor product metrics, technical health, customer feedback, and team KPIs
  • Lead product and experience demos and present to stakeholders
  • Serve as point of contact for feature delivery and align with Domain Owners and broader epics
  • Grow, coach, and mentor team members while setting expectations and fostering a positive culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or in a related role within an IT or software development environment
  • 7+ years of experience in software product management, with demonstrated success building large-scale consumer-facing products
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • 5+ years of experience in product leadership/management roles driving collaboration and influencing cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a team leader, coach, or mentor
  • Ability to support East Coast working hours
  • Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar
  • Familiarity with product frameworks; SAFe certification
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills
  • General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
