About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage project management for all materials supported by the Content Management team
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create detailed project plans and schedules
Manage resources and lead and motivate the content team
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Track project progress against the plan
Identify and resolve roadblocks
Update project plans as needed
Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders
Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication between the team and leadership
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Medicare experience
Strong background in project management
