Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions
Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks
Develop project plans and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company objectives
Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
Communicate strategies, goals, and project progress to executive leadership through high-level presentations
Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs, solve complex problems, develop solutions, and improve products, processes, and services
Support colleagues with feedback and continuous improvement strategies
Communicate risks and dependencies promptly for mitigation and strategic response
Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to inform decision-making
Streamline processes and operational workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle
Guide teams through departmental changes and evolving strategies and processes
Align projects with organizational goals and contribute to departmental strategies
Develop team members and foster a culture of learning and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management, product strategy, management, delivery, or commercial business operations
Experience leading large and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risk
Healthcare industry experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Effective collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at a high level
Understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and uncertainty
Proficiency in project and program methodologies
Experience training and mentoring team members
PMP certification preferred
Strong business intelligence skills preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
