About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor teams on Agile values
Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies
Track progress using metrics such as velocity and quality
Identify and remove impediments and delivery roadblocks
Serve as liaison between stakeholders and the team
Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication
Refine Agile practices to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
Support Product Owners and meet with business leaders
Support one or more major Medicare project initiatives
Contribute to overall delivery flow, stakeholder management, and project governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Program Delivery, or related roles
Familiarity with software development, DevOps, or technical processes
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and modern software development practices
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology organizations
Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies
Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Growth mindset skills
Execution and delivery skills
Business intelligence and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience mentoring teams and acting as a servant leader
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
