Key responsibilities & impact

Lead successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and promote continuous improvement
Support planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale technology programs
Operate and optimize an Agile-based SDLC for teams of technical and business resources
Coach and mentor leaders and stakeholders on Agile methodologies
Counsel Scrum teams on Agile principles and values to support self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
Interpret Agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and report key information and monitor team progress
Utilize Agile tools to manage day-to-day Scrum activities
Develop actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality
Develop stakeholder communication strategies and incorporate feedback into process improvements
Facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team
Implement sharing and documentation systems through wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools
Coach team members, stakeholders, and product owners on Agile values, principles, and practices
Interface with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years’ work experience
2-5 years’ experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
Growth mindset and ability to develop yourself and others
Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting
Scrum Master Certification
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Understanding of software development preferred
Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications preferred
Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred
Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
