About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives, outcomes, scope, and success measures
Drive complex work from concept to execution
Facilitate planning and delivery activities covering scope, milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and team commitments
Align priorities and execution plans to measurable business outcomes
Identify and resolve or escalate obstacles, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
Adapt delivery approaches while maintaining execution discipline and governance
Build relationships across business, technology, product, and vendor teams
Lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver commitments and achieve objectives
Facilitate discussions and decision-making around priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes
Manage resource plans, financials, and delivery forecasts
Manage scope, prioritization, and changes
Monitor delivery performance, quality, progress, team effectiveness, and execution
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Conduct retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews
Collaborate across product, project, engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in project management
History of successfully delivering complex technical projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum
Ability to manage different projects leveraging different methodologies
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management software and applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong ability to effectively manage risk and change
Excellent communication and people skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in work management tools such as JIRA and Rally
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
