Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or a closely related discipline within a complex corporate setting
  • Fluency with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma
  • Ability to integrate common AI tooling such as Claude and Copilot into everyday work
  • Ability to operate independently with accountability and minimal supervision
  • Ability to frame problems clearly and move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Ability to break down complex design problems and connect work to broader user journeys, organizational context, and cross-functional systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred: Comfort leveraging research methodologies, insights, and data
  • Preferred: Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for experimentation
  • Preferred: Openness to evolving tools and AI-enabled ways of working
  • Preferred: Comfort working in complex, regulated environments
