Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, primarily focused on Payment Integrity products
Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
Manage projects for on-time completion according to specifications and within budget
Provide top-level project management expertise for technical deployments on the QNXT platform
Provide experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution
Adapt project management methodologies and best practices to project needs
Advise project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches
Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects in alignment with organizational objectives
Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorizing project initiation
Benchmark project performance against industry standards, best practices, and key performance indicators
Check project deliverables, milestones, and timelines for timely and accurate completion
Coach project managers and team members
Consult with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks and successful project outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years Project Management work experience in the areas of payment integrity or technical implementations of new products
Adept at problem solving and decision making, working in the gray with little direction
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
3+ years of experience on a technical project or alignment with the QNXT Aetna commercial platform
Experience in deploying technical implementations
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training or 10+ years of relevant professional qualification
