About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate daily Provider Data Services workflow and assigned production activities
Review, update, and validate provider data across systems for accuracy and completeness
Support manual processing, batch setup, audit work, and issue resolution
Monitor priorities, deadlines, and production goals to ensure timely completion of work
Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
Maintain process documentation and support quality and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highly manual, process-driven work
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in provider data, healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, or a related operational environment preferred
Provider Data Services background (1–3 years) or Network background (1–3 years) preferred
College Degree or equivalent work experience
