Key responsibilities & impact

Carries out and facilitates Scrum events
Removes impediments and promotes collaboration
Supports the Product Owner and drives continuous improvement
Ensures effective implementation of the Scrum framework
Counsels Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values
Interprets agile metrics and reporting to track and report key information and monitor team progress
Designs and develops process evaluation tools to assess Scrum principles in team processes
Develops actionable insights from analytics and reports on team productivity, velocity, and quality
Develops stakeholder communication strategies to gather and incorporate feedback into process improvements
Facilitates the Scrum process and supports the Scrum team
Implements sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools
Instructs team members on agile values, principles, and practices
Interfaces with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years work experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
