Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, delivery, and execution of strategic technology initiatives supporting the HCB SAP S/4 transformation program
Manage a team of engineers, solution architects, and vendor partners
Deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality integration, data, and application solutions across SAP S/4 and enterprise platforms
Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration delivery
Oversee enterprise data migration and reconciliation
Support financial systems modernization
Lead SAP and non-SAP application integration
Govern architecture and solution design
Lead vendors and cross-functional teams
Execute programs, manage risks, and engage stakeholders
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners
Maintain operational excellence and deliver project objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation programs
Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-based architectures
Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes using Agile methodologies
Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs on time and within budget
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore delivery teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or modernization programs
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, DataSphere, and related SAP ecosystem tools
Experience in finance, healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry environments
Familiarity with Oracle financial systems, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale data migration initiatives
Experience driving organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives
Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements
