What you’ll need

5+ years in software development
2+ years in AI/ML-focused projects
2+ years of programming experience in Python
Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
2+ years' experience with Gen AI/LLM/NLP/MLOps or similar methodologies
Backend development experience with enterprise-class applications
Knowledge of NLP and prompt engineering
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to set up and optimize RDBMS/NoSQL data stores
Experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs
Solid understanding of rule-based processing and data-driven content generation
Understanding of architecture best practices for scalable data engineering pipelines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience)
