About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and propose innovative technical integration strategies and solutions
Study and document architectural frameworks and reference material
Design and modify components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings
Design, support, and deploy mechanisms to enhance and deliver the architecture vision
Analyze current IT environments and recommend solutions
Provide research and development activities for architecture
Collaborate with Project Managers and technical directors on estimates and implementation solution plans
Serve as a technical lead as required
Provide lab and vendor support
Guide junior staff on enterprise-wide technology
Develop frameworks, standards, and reference material for architecture and associated products
Develop and maintain common services, repositories, and utility components
Provide data, application, and technology deliverables for programs and projects
Perform risk and opportunity assessment, modeling, and design-related services
Manage architecture governance activities and compliance
Adhere to enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years experience as a technical lead developing middleware integration solution or architecting large scale federated systems
4+ years experience in enterprise, application and information architecture methodologies and design and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years experience in APIM in Azure or Apigee in GCP
2+ years experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with best practices for API versioning, error handling, and testing
2+ years experience with Java Micro Services in cloud environment
2+ years experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS
2+ years experience with AI/GenAI platforms and LLM integrations
2+ years experience building and maintaining Java microservices
2+ years experience in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript, with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Flask, or Express.js
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
High school diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience as an alternative educational pathway
