Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale, full-stack applications
Demonstrated practical experience in healthcare, preferably working with Provider focused initiatives
Expertise in backend development with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Node.js
Expertise in frontend development with React, Angular, and TypeScript-based frameworks
Experience with REST, GraphQL, and microservices-based API integration and design
5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures
Experience modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native services
3+ years of experience designing and implementing secure, high-availability application architectures
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including Jenkins, Git workflows, and infrastructure-as-code
3+ years of experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred: experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices
Preferred: proficiency in relational and NoSQL database technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB
Preferred: experience working in Agile environments
Preferred: exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as SNS and SQS
Preferred: exposure to WCAG accessibility standards
