About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications
Architect and implement rich, interactive dashboards and user interfaces for complex data insights
Design and develop secure, scalable REST and GraphQL APIs and integration layers
Connect applications with diverse data objects, enterprise databases, and third-party platforms
Integrate AI/ML technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and predictive analytics, into core products
Develop intelligent features to automate workflows and provide advanced data synthesis
Build and enhance MFT automations with complex orchestration, intelligent error handling, proactive monitoring, and self-service capabilities
Drive continuous delivery and cloud-native practices using CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
Establish monitoring, logging, and performance-profiling standards
Serve as the escalation point for complex full-stack production issues and lead root-cause analysis
Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers
Establish coding standards and reusable design patterns
Collaborate with product leadership to groom the backlog and shape the technical roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications
Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Experience with complex state management and data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts
Deep expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go
Ability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with ORMs and integrating complex, high-volume data feeds
Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic into software products
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases
Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical teams and business stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
