About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional engineering teams creating best-in-class digital experiences
Identify, prioritize and shape complex enterprise initiatives with product and engineering stakeholders
Work across multiple engineering teams to drive delivery of digital products
Lead large Digital initiatives across the enterprise
Manage stakeholders, risks and technical dependencies
Develop KPIs and status reports for senior leaders
Partner with Product Management, UX Design and Technical Solution teams to influence and improve product development
Deliver software products using Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years working in a software engineering role leading the full cycle of large software engineering initiatives, managing stakeholders, risks, technical dependencies, KPIs and status reports
6+ years practicing Agile Scrum and/or Kanban to deliver software products
4+ years leading teams directly as a manager or technical lead within a matrixed organization
4+ years partnering with Product Management, UX design and Technical Solution teams
2+ years working as a technical delivery manager within an engineering organization
Advanced skills in Jira, AI tools, Office 360, Confluence, SharePoint or related tools
PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Product Management certification preferred
Healthcare or health insurance domain knowledge/experience preferred
GCP cloud technology experience preferred
Experience with Grafana, Splunk, Quantum Metric, Adobe Analytics, Datadog or related metrics and engagement tools preferred
Technical knowledge with Apigee, Microservices, JavaScript, Java, Spring-boot, Github and/or Test Automation preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent organization skills; self-driven and intrinsically motivated
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
Must work Eastern Standard Time working hours
