About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage a portfolio of clients and the alerts detected by algorithms across the various monitored scopes.
  • Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats.
  • Analyze threats, including fraudulent domain names, exposed credentials, vulnerable assets, exposed code, and sensitive document exposure.
  • Support clients in making optimal use of the solutions, monitoring alerts, configuring keywords, and driving product adoption.
  • Qualify ad hoc requests and define the client's actual needs.
  • Conduct threat intelligence, ransomware and data breach, phishing, VIP exposure, cyber due diligence, third-party risk, event monitoring, and crisis investigations.
  • Lead the removal of malicious content or infrastructure with the ReACT team.
  • Produce clear, well-sourced deliverables tailored to their audience, from CISOs to executive committees.
  • Present findings verbally to clients and answer their questions.
  • Capture lessons learned from engagements through methodologies, deliverable templates, and feedback.
  • Write content for clients and the website.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to evolve the service offering.
  • Conduct research on the dark web, underground forums, and other ad hoc sources.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, including CTI, threat intelligence, OSINT, incident response, digital investigations, or cybersecurity consulting.
  • Hands-on experience conducting investigations or client engagements, producing deliverables for real-world audiences, and explaining your methodology.
  • Strong command of OSINT techniques and the cybercrime ecosystem, including ransomware groups, marketplaces, forums, and leak sites.
  • Excellent ability to synthesize information and write clearly, precisely, and persuasively.
  • Consultant mindset: active listening, needs assessment, expectation management, and confidence communicating with demanding stakeholders.
  • Rigor, discretion, and a strong sense of ethics.
  • Comfortable working in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in consulting, competitive intelligence, or due diligence is a plus.
  • Experience accessing closed sources, such as the dark web and underground forums, within an ethical and legal framework is a plus.
  • Experience in crisis management or takedown operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting, particularly Python, or AI tools is a plus.
  • Certifications or publications, such as GCTI, OSINT, CTFs, articles, or talks, are a plus.
  • Proficiency in an additional language, such as German, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian, is a plus.
