About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and Agent 365
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview deployments aligned with customer requirements and best practices
- Deliver secure and compliant AI engagements using Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Cognitive Services
- Monitor evolving data privacy and AI compliance regulations and ensure client controls remain aligned
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow organisational knowledge
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and develop data security and AI strategies
- Support sales with client scoping, RFP responses, and proposal authoring
- Own CyberOne’s Data Security & AI roadmap and position the organisation as a forerunner in AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, and Agent 365
- Deep experience implementing Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, Agent 365, Cognitive Service, Machine Learning, and similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data protection and governance across cloud and hybrid deployments
- Strong understanding of regulations and frameworks including GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA
- Proven ability to design and implement professional and managed services to safeguard client data
- Hands-on experience with Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Cognitive Services, especially securing AI workloads and data inputs/outputs
- Strong consulting, client communication, and presentation skills
- Preferred Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400)
- Preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Preferred Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Ability to develop long-term Data & AI strategies aligned with business goals
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing Data and AI challenges
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading technical teams and working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Passion for staying updated on emerging Data & AI technologies and best practices
