About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively support Security Operations
- Implement system hardening measures
- Participate in IT projects, carry out maintenance activities, and assume technical responsibility in customer environments
- Investigate and assess security-related alerts
- Handle and manage security incidents
- Set up and provide ongoing support for IT infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies (Windows Server/Client), Microsoft 365 (including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), virtual desktop environments (Horizon View), and networking technologies (Sophos, Aruba)
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth knowledge of systems engineering and IT security
- Strong ability to organize and manage work independently
- Empathy and an appreciative, respectful approach to team members and customers
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- In-depth understanding of the technologies used
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally and personally
- German C2 / English C1
