About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the Belgian P&L, including growth, profitability and overall business performance
- Define and execute the strategy to grow Cyclops Belgium together with the Group CEO
- Lead, develop and inspire a growing team of 60+ Project Managers and supporting functions
- Build relationships with existing clients and create new business opportunities
- Drive sustainable growth while balancing commercial success, profitability and operational excellence
- Ensure outstanding project delivery and consistently high client satisfaction
- Attract, develop and retain talented people while safeguarding the entrepreneurial culture
- Set priorities, allocate resources and make decisions supporting the long-term success of the Belgian business
- Shape standards, processes and best practices for Cyclops' international expansion
- Act as a visible, approachable leader and address operational challenges directly when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience owning a P&L and responsibility for revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance
- Ability to make decisions that drive commercial success and financial results
- Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience defining, implementing and monitoring KPIs
- Ability to align team performance with strategic business objectives
- Strong commercial skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with a project-based company and an industrial context
- Established network within the Belgian industrial sector
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to attract, develop and retain talented people
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to engage directly with operational challenges when required
