About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain the Tanium platform across enterprise environments
- Implement and optimize Tanium modules, including Asset, Discover, Comply, Patch, Deploy, Interact, and Threat Response
- Manage endpoint visibility, asset discovery, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities
- Configure and maintain automated patch management and software deployment processes
- Monitor endpoint health, identify security gaps, and recommend remediation strategies
- Develop and maintain Tanium queries, dashboards, reports, and operational workflows
- Support endpoint security investigations and incident response activities using Tanium Threat Response
- Integrate Tanium with enterprise security platforms, including SIEM, EDR, ITSM, and vulnerability management solutions
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies to improve endpoint management processes
- Troubleshoot Tanium platform performance, connectivity, agent deployment, and configuration issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, security engineering, systems administration, or a related technical role
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and administering the Tanium platform
- Experience with Tanium modules such as Patch, Comply, Asset, Discover, Deploy, or Threat Response
- Strong understanding of enterprise endpoint management and vulnerability remediation
- Experience managing Windows and Linux operating systems in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of patch management, asset inventory, endpoint security, and software deployment practices
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting and automation technologies
