About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts
Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals
Investigate and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture
Ability to deliver high-quality results within the specified contract period
