About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage supplier contracting, with a focus on labor services providers (contractors)
- Request and analyze price quotations
- Issue purchase orders
- Compare costs, lead times, and quality among registered suppliers
- Monitor the service delivery process, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support bidding and contracting processes
- Perform proposal leveling and comparison
- Complete and analyze spreadsheets
- Organize documents and files
- Provide operational support to buyers
- Participate in supplier meetings to support learning and the development of the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Clear and effective communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Open to applications from people with disabilities (PWDs)
