About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product roadmap based on business strategy, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
- Own the Product Management Lifecycle and Product Development Lifecycle end-to-end from discovery, PRDs, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and end-of-life
- Manage features, user stories, and requirements; analyze customer needs and drive rapid prototype development
- Use AI-assisted tooling to move from concept to clickable prototype quickly
- Collaborate with SE, SA, CSM, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support
- Lead go-to-market and stakeholder enablement, including positioning, messaging, launch collateral, demo scripts, competitive battlecards, and internal training
- Develop use cases for commercial and public-sector buyer personas, including SOC operations, CTI, threat hunting, incident response, and intelligence sharing
- Liaise with India-based Product Management and Engineering teams to align priorities and unblock delivery
- Drive AI-native product capabilities, including model selection, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and analyst time-to-value measurement
- Guide go-to-market and product marketing for segments and pricing
- Drive product usability and user-interface design vision
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through migration
- Manage the product backlog and recommend technical approaches
- Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews
- Provide proof-of-concept assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers
- Demonstrate and train on the product for field, operational teams, and critical customers
- Report to the Chief Product Officer and advise on product strategy, portfolio decisions, and North American customer priorities
- Represent the product in customer briefings, demos, QBRs, and other external sessions
- Help drive product innovation across the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B-focused product-based enterprise
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products or custom solutions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Cybersecurity background preferred; hands-on experience building and shipping enterprise security products strongly preferred
- Experience with Threat Intelligence, TIP, SOAR, or SIEM strongly preferred
- Experience shipping products used by U.S. federal, state, or local government customers
- Working knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate/High authorization, ATO processes, GovCloud, IL4/IL5, boundary controls, and continuous monitoring
- Personally shipped AI/ML-powered features and managed AI/ML roadmaps
- Understanding of model tradeoffs, latency, hallucination risk, evaluation pipelines, and AI-native security products
- Working knowledge of LLM agent architectures, including tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation
- Strong understanding of SOC analysts, CTI leads, threat hunters, IR responders, and CISOs and their tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP, and ticketing systems
- Startup execution and 0-1 experience
- Experience writing PRDs, running customer discovery, defining success metrics, and shipping iteratively
- Experience using usage data, NPS signals, and win/loss patterns for decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 15–25%
- Technical bachelor's degree required
- UX and/or User Interface Design skills are a key plus
- ISAC / ISAO / threat sharing community experience
