About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth for d-Matrix's inference platform as Corsair moves into volume production
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI labs, and AI-native enterprises
  • Run the full sales cycle from technical engagement and proof-of-concept through multi-rack deployment commitments
  • Sell Corsair accelerators, JetStream networking, the Aviator software stack, and SquadRack rack-scale systems
  • Maintain account plans, call cadences, and clear next steps for active opportunities
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases
  • Coordinate benchmarking, evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments with solutions engineers
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and RFI/RFP responses with Finance and Product
  • Negotiate volume pricing, supply allocation, delivery schedules, and support agreements
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts
  • Report bookings, revenue, deal health, and win/loss results to company leadership
  • Align customer demand with production ramp and allocation with Operations and Supply Chain
  • Work with ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling
  • Translate customer requirements and competitive insights into product roadmap feedback
  • Build sales playbooks, processes, and CRM tools as the team scales
  • Represent d-Matrix at industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in data center infrastructure (semiconductors, AI accelerators, GPUs, servers, or networking)
  • 3+ years selling to hyperscale or cloud customers
  • Track record of closing multi-million-dollar hardware and/or platform deals with long, technically complex sales cycles
  • Established relationships with infrastructure and procurement decision-makers
  • Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, including inference workloads, accelerator architectures, and data center power, cooling, and rack-level considerations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Ability to influence across customer and internal organizations
  • Experience with CRM-driven pipeline management and disciplined forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
