About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit offerings
  • Support benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and other employee benefit transactions
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, vendors, and brokers to ensure accurate benefit administration and payments
  • Resolve employee benefits issues
  • Audit benefit data, payroll deductions, and vendor files
  • Support annual Open Enrollment, benefit renewals, and recurring benefits activities
  • Manage global leave of absence administration from eligibility through return to work
  • Prepare reports and analyze benefits data to identify trends and assess competitiveness through benchmarking
  • Reconcile discrepancies and support decision-making
  • Assist with compliance activities, regulatory reporting, and required employee communications
  • Participate in benefits projects, system enhancements, and vendor implementations
  • Maintain benefits documentation, knowledge resources, and standard operating procedures
  • Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on benefit programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, benefits analysis, Total Rewards, or Human Resources
  • Experience administering employee benefit programs and applicable regulatory requirements in a multi-state or global environment
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
