About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity
- Manage project roadmaps
- Facilitate project planning
- Run brainstorming sessions
- Prioritize projects and features
- Partner with stakeholders to develop workflows, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures, and instructional training materials
- Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces
- Develop functional specifications
- Deliver projects successfully and on time
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout ideation, pilot, prototype, and operationalization
- Build effective partnerships with developers, architects, quality teams, data analysts, and product managers
- Travel occasionally to headquarters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related experience required
- 5+ years of Retail and project management experience
- Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment
- Understanding of microservice architectures at a very high level
- Agile experience
- Fulfillment experience
- Shipping Methods and Logistics
- Innovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking
- Experience with Rithum (marketplace/dropship integrator) is a strong advantage
- Experience with Shipium (parcel management solution) is a strong advantage
- Working in Pittsburgh, PA is highly desirable
- English required
