About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to defining, deploying, and continuously improving the Group’s policies, processes, and programs for employee, manager, and talent development.
  • Lead key HR development processes: performance management, people reviews, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Define and evolve the Group’s People & Management Development policies and processes.
  • Lead annual HR development campaigns, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Develop Group-wide programs, including manager and leadership development pathways, mentoring, coaching, mobility, onboarding, and career management.
  • Drive the Group’s Talent and Career policy.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of processes, performance indicators, and tools within the scope of responsibility.
  • Manage a BPO Development Project Manager responsible in particular for the associated HRIS processes and modules.
  • Contribute to HRIS enhancements, with particular focus on Workday.
  • Facilitate a functional People & Management Development network across the divisions.
  • Support the gradual development of a more international Group HR approach.
  • Work closely with the Group HR Director, People & Management Development, in a collaborative approach focused on co-creation and implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Significant experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a generalist HR role, complemented by experience in HR development, talent management, or management development.
  • Experience deploying HR policies and processes in a Group-wide environment.
  • Experience facilitating functional networks and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Fluency in English is essential; international experience or strong intercultural awareness is preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
  • A structured and pragmatic profile, able to develop a Group-wide vision while remaining close to operational realities.
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward in evolving environments, build alignment without direct hierarchical authority, and translate HR strategies into concrete programs.
