About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the scope, requirements, organization, and schedule for the implementation of an IT project, from the pre-project phase through transition to RUN/operations
- Manage the project from requirements gathering through closure
- Monitor project cost, quality, and schedule indicators
- Apply the IT project methodology: pre-project phase, scoping, analysis and design, testing and acceptance, deployment, closure/lessons learned, change management, and communication
- Monitor the project budget and risks
- Lead project governance meetings and raise alerts or escalate issues to management and the sponsor
- Report project progress within the project portfolio
- Ensure the completion and approval of mandatory deliverables required for transition to RUN/operations
- Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the project team and all stakeholders
- Lead international, multi-domain projects covering areas including aviation, engineering, industry, logistics, industrial services, HR information systems (HRIS), quality, finance, and procurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree equivalent to a Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Expertise in the V-Model project methodology
- Knowledge of Agile PM methodology
- Strong discipline in applying project management methods
- Ability to understand business challenges across multiple domains and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluent English required, minimum B2 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
