About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the proper operation, support and continuous improvement of CAD applications
Analyze and resolve incidents, implement application enhancements and maintain documentation
Provide cross-functional leadership to a team of Engineering experts and project managers
Define and manage the application roadmap in collaboration with business teams and PLM and CAE managers
Ensure the performance, availability and evolution of the Engineering application portfolio
Lead digital transformation projects and support change management
Ensure consistency in the technical and functional choices for CAD, CAE and PLM solutions
Build close working relationships with business teams and strategic partners
Identify and test technological innovations, particularly AI applied to engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
At least 10 years of experience in CAD, CAE, PLM or Digital Engineering environments
Project management skills
Strong expertise in Engineering applications, particularly CATIA V5
Experience with NX, SEE Electrical or SolidWorks is a plus
Leadership, strategic vision and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
Ability to combine technical engagement, a strong service orientation and a results-driven approach
Professional proficiency in English is essential
Travel in France and internationally is required
