About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor public procurement portals and specialized systems for tender opportunities, identifying processes aligned with the company’s portfolio and commercial strategy
  • Analyze tender notices, price registration records, contracts, budget commitments, and other bidding documents, verifying technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor tender processes involving direct sales, indirect sales, and legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements
  • Analyze participation requests, validating commercial criteria, contractual conditions, and required documentation
  • Issue authorization letters and organize technical and commercial documentation for distributors and participating government agencies
  • Monitor participation in electronic bidding sessions, approvals, awards, and official publications, keeping records up to date
  • Serve as the interface between the company and partner distributors throughout tender processes and contract execution
  • Manage active public contracts, monitoring deadlines, validity periods, balances, consumption under price registration records, budget commitments, and renewal opportunities
  • Monitor the conversion of contracts into purchase orders in coordination with Commercial, Logistics, Supply Chain, Tax, Finance, and Customer Service teams
  • Control purchase orders related to institutional business
  • Control mandatory documentation, certificates, licenses, and other regulatory documents
  • Update information in SAP, Winner, and Licitasys systems
  • Prepare management reports and performance indicators on participation, contracts, sales, invoicing, and market opportunities
  • Conduct performance analyses and support commercial decisions and strategies
  • Support continuous improvement projects, process automation, and tool implementation
  • Provide support to commercial teams and other departments regarding tenders, contracts, and institutional business requirements
  • Serve customers, distributors, and government agencies, ensuring strong relationships and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with public tender processes, contract management, distributor relations, and institutional sales tracking
  • Knowledge of Law No. 14,133/2021
  • Knowledge of analyzing tender notices, price registration records, contracts, and budget commitments
  • Knowledge of electronic bidding sessions and public procurement platforms
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of the Winner and Licitasys systems
  • Knowledge of preparing and analyzing management reports and performance indicators
  • Knowledge of direct sales, indirect sales, and legal proceedings models
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is desirable
