About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, conduct, monitor, close, and document projects involving manufacturing technology transfer, product and process development, and technology updates
- Plan, conduct, and monitor pharmaceutical development tests
- Prepare and review standard operating procedures, technical manuals, user requirement specifications, technical specifications, and other documents
- Provide technical support to Regulatory Affairs for product registration renewals and submissions
- Conduct technical feasibility and resource assessments, as well as risk assessments
- Participate in Due Diligence processes and technical Gap Analysis discussions
- Monitor analytical and manufacturing processes on site to provide specialized technical support
- Lead new product projects in accordance with national and international regulations
- Review and critically evaluate new product development documentation
- Lead and participate in packaging material development projects
- Implement the development of new product presentations and configurations
- Assist in identifying business partners and outsourcing service providers
- Assist in managing new product development projects, focusing on timelines, costs, and performance
- Prepare reports, charts, area KPI spreadsheets, and results presentations
- Participate in risk assessments and strategy definition in synergy with other areas, especially Business Development
- Develop new suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials
- Implement and monitor improvements to internal processes and customer requests
- Support and provide clarification during national and international audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Pharmacy
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Experience with and knowledge of SAP
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing areas and processes
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of technology transfer
- Knowledge of technical documentation
- Knowledge of pharmaceutics
