About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, lead, monitor, close, and document projects involving production technology transfer, product launches, technology upgrades, new equipment, and product and process optimization
  • Implement the development of new product presentations and modifications to existing presentations
  • Plan and monitor pharmaceutical technology testing for product development
  • Prepare and review standard operating procedures, technical manuals, technical specifications, and other documents
  • Provide technical support to Regulatory Affairs for product registration renewals and submissions
  • Lead and participate in projects involving the development and modification of packaging materials
  • Develop new suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials
  • Prepare materials for analyses and the identification of new project opportunities
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and define strategies to ensure completion of departmental activities
  • Monitor analytical and production processes on-site, when necessary
  • Prepare and deliver project results presentations
  • Monitor Industrial Division KPIs and implement improvement projects
  • Identify projects to increase industrial performance and reduce costs and waste
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and evaluations of industrial data for reporting to headquarters
  • Monitor and validate project benefits in collaboration with the Finance department
  • Implement and monitor improvements to internal processes and customer requests
  • Support and provide clarification during national and international audits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Pharmacy
  • Intermediate English
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, and MS Visio
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing areas and processes
  • Strong project management knowledge
