About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Follow all safety and operational policies, procedures, and work instructions
Operate basic warehouse equipment according to standard operating procedures
Safely transport materials throughout the facility using Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV)
Perform unloading, loading, put away, runner, and picking tasks
Conduct pre-operation inspections
Use basic computer programs, Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, and handheld scanners
Identify quality issues and escalate accordingly
Demonstrate increasing responsibility for equipment operation and types of equipment used
Maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE
Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
High School Education/GED OR minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Must complete pre-employment requirements, including employment history verification, education verification, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
