About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle product quality claims for Altherma heat pump products
- Follow the launch of new Altherma heat pumps
- Monitor product quality throughout the product lifecycle
- Investigate root causes of quality problems by phone, email, online remote monitoring or on-site visits
- Cooperate with quality and design departments across the EMEA region
- Ensure products maintain Daikin Quality Standards
- Organize and coordinate quality meetings with quality teams in factories and development centres
- Make short foreign business trips when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industrial engineer, preferably with technical specialisation
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach
- Fluent communication with affiliates, distributors and EMEA factories
- Strong administrative skills
- Willingness to make regular foreign business trips
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of another European language is an asset
- Proficient with MS Office
- Category B driving licence valid to drive in Europe
