About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive operational excellence for a cross-functional Data squad within the R&D organization
  • Manage initiatives to scale launching and updating machine learning models
  • Support agentic, predictive, conversational, and assistive AI-powered features across multiple vertical squads
  • Improve tooling and best practices for A/B experimentation across multiple functions
  • Partner with Finance and Data Analytics teams on critical Product organization KPIs
  • Ensure intuitive and accurate dashboards and reports for performance monitoring
  • Maintain clean data and process hygiene
  • Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for moderately complex product-lifecycle friction points from discovery to launch
  • Streamline operational workflows and process hygiene across squads
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to align expectations and drive execution
  • Engage stakeholders and coordinate contributors at the appropriate times
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs and provide data-driven insights
  • Translate metrics and performance trends into actionable operational decisions
  • Help manage and optimize the product technology stack, including roadmapping and collaboration tools
  • Assist with quarterly planning and align team efforts with broader business strategy
  • Bridge technical execution and strategic planning across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management
  • Success supporting a large complex cross-functional group in a Product Operations and/or Program Management role
  • Strong proficiency in root-cause analysis across a wide variety of problems
  • First-principles thinking to determine solutions
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to resolve conflicts or impediments proactively and independently
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of the business and various product strategies
  • Familiarity with implementing various project methodologies
  • Growing familiarity with financial principles related to project/product delivery
  • Ability to determine KPIs aligned to team strategies and priorities
  • Ability to partner with data analysts to ensure appropriate dashboards for performance transparency, monitoring, and action
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
