About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementations for high-priority enterprise accounts
- Manage intricate technical requirements and multi-stakeholder workstreams
- Resolve complex implementation challenges, including data discrepancies and integration hurdles
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for product areas or HCM integrations
- Provide guidance and best practices to junior team members
- Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams on client requirements and project timelines
- Identify and champion improvements to the Implementation framework
- Develop tools and templates to increase team efficiency and reduce Time to Revenue
- Leverage AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations connecting DailyPay with HCM, payroll, and vendor platforms
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap
- Ensure project documentation and system configurations meet Gold Standard benchmarks before handoff to Client Success
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services
- Ideally experience within the fintech or HR-tech space
- Experience using LLMs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus
- Proven track record managing high-stakes projects from kickoff to completion with minimal oversight
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to resolve non-routine issues through creative thinking and collaborative resourcefulness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
