About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of national and international trade fairs and events, including responsibility for individual work packages
  • Support marketing controlling activities and cross-team controlling analyses
  • Assist with preparing marketing planning documents and presentation materials, including meeting preparation
  • Contribute to the digitalization of the Setra brand archive
  • Support the management and coordination of pre-production, trade-fair, and press vehicles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration, business management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams/SharePoint
  • Business-fluent proficiency in English and German
  • Strong team player with motivation and excellent communication skills
  • Application must include a résumé, cover letter, proof of enrollment, current transcript of records, proof of the standard program duration, and certificates
