About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the definition and continuous improvement of methods, procedures, and processes for accounts payable
- Support invoice transmission, invoice receipt, invoice verification, goods receipt, and purchase order processing
- Respond to subject-matter inquiries from internal departments and suppliers
- Perform job monitoring in SAP S/4HANA
- Process interfaces, including troubleshooting and error resolution
- Support the implementation of technical system changes in SAP
- Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers via email and internet/intranet pages
- Participate in projects as well as knowledge-sharing and networking activities organized by the cross-location Students @ Daimler Truck network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, completing retraining to become an industrial clerk, or pursuing a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of accounting/financial reporting or IT is desirable
- English language skills
- Teamwork, motivation, and strong communication skills
- For a mandatory or combined internship: proof of the mandatory internship requirement
- Current certificate of enrollment stating the current academic semester
- Current transcript of records
- Relevant certificates
- Proof of the standard period of study
- Applicants who are nationals of countries outside the European Economic Area may need to submit their residence/work permit
