About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation of project initiatives and ad hoc tasks related to the continuous development of the CRM tool
- Coordinate further development activities and support colleagues at headquarters and across European subsidiaries
- Organize and communicate various events
- Prepare training materials
- Support the team with customer portal-related activities as part of the Sales 3.0 project
- Support projects from conceptualization and development through to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and After Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree program in Business Informatics, Information Management Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Analytical mindset and strategic approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
